As Head of Architecture at Fortinet and a TEDx speaker, she works at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation.

Srishti
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master's degree in English Literature, Srishti brings together analytical thinking and a deep understanding of human experiences. Growing up with limited access to mentorship and career guidance, she experienced firsthand the uncertainty that many young people face while navigating important life decisions.
Those experiences ultimately led her to found YLC, with a vision of ensuring that young people have access to the guidance, exposure, and opportunities she once struggled to find. Through YLC, she is committed to helping young people gain perspective, explore possibilities, and make informed choices about their futures.

As one of the youngest members of YLC's founding team, Ashima brings the perspective, ambition, and curiosity of the generation the initiative seeks to serve. A higher secondary student and Institutional Topper in the CBSE Class 10 Board Examinations with a score of 99%, she represents both academic excellence and a genuine desire to explore new ideas and possibilities.
She believes leadership begins long before professional titles or careers, through a willingness to learn, question assumptions, and embrace new opportunities. Through YLC, she hopes to encourage young people to approach their futures with confidence, curiosity, and an openness to continuous growth.

Mokshi
Mokshi
A Ph.D. researcher in High Energy Physics at the University of Jammu, Mokshi conducts her research under the ALICE-STAR India Collaboration, a premier consortium of Indian physicists, engineers, and institutions contributing to the ALICE experiment at CERN and the STAR experiment at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
Her work focuses on experimental particle physics and high-energy collision data analysis. Alongside her academic pursuits, she mentors young girls from remote regions, drawing from her own experiences to help them navigate challenges and expand their aspirations. Through both science and mentorship, she demonstrates the connection between academic excellence and meaningful social impact.

Shreya
Shreya
Shreya builds brands, products, and communities from the ground up, often by questioning conventional paths and creating her own. Working across branding, entrepreneurship, and design, she has partnered with founders and businesses to transform ideas into meaningful ventures.
Her journey shaped a belief that exposure, financial awareness, and real-world learning can dramatically expand what young people believe is possible. As a founding member of YLC, she hopes to help others discover opportunities they didn't know existed and realize that the most rewarding journeys begin by asking, "Is there a better way?"
